1. Introduction
These Platform Policies govern the access to and use of the YUUNRI marketplace platform
operated by YUUNRI Afroshopping (haftungsbeschränkt)
(“YUUNRI”, “we”, “us”).
YUUNRI operates a digital multi-vendor marketplace platform enabling Users to discover and
purchase products and services from independent third-party Vendors.
By accessing or using the platform, Users and Vendors agree to comply with:
2. Marketplace Role of YUUNRI
YUUNRI operates solely as a digital intermediary marketplace platform.
Contracts for the sale of goods and services are concluded directly between:
- the User, and
- the respective Vendor.
YUUNRI is not:
- the seller,
- reseller,
- manufacturer,
- importer,
- distributor,
- restaurant operator,
- logistics provider,
- delivery carrier,
- or owner of Vendor products.
YUUNRI does not:
- manufacture,
- store,
- prepare,
- package,
- inspect,
- or physically deliver products offered by Vendors.
YUUNRI may facilitate:
- platform infrastructure,
- product listings,
- order management,
- payment coordination,
- customer support coordination,
- dispute administration,
- delivery coordination,
- and refund processing workflows.
3. User Accounts
Users must:
- be at least 18 years old,
- possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements,
- and provide accurate and complete registration information.
Users are solely responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials,
- all activities conducted through their accounts,
- and ensuring account information remains accurate and updated.
Users may not:
- create fraudulent accounts,
- impersonate third parties,
- misuse the platform,
- interfere with platform operations,
- or engage in unlawful activities.
YUUNRI reserves the right to:
- suspend,
- restrict,
- verify,
- or terminate accounts
where reasonably necessary to:
- investigate fraud,
- protect platform security,
- comply with legal obligations,
- or preserve marketplace integrity.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors remain solely responsible for:
- product quality,
- product safety,
- product legality,
- pricing accuracy,
- inventory management,
- tax compliance,
- food safety compliance,
- customer fulfillment,
- and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Vendors must ensure that:
- all listings are accurate and not misleading,
- products comply with German and EU regulations,
- and all required licenses, permits, and registrations are maintained.
Vendors are solely responsible for:
- refunds,
- returns,
- warranty claims,
- product defects,
- packaging quality,
- and customer complaints relating to their products.
5. Orders and Payments
Orders become binding once accepted by the respective Vendor.
Payments are processed through certified third-party payment providers such as
Stripe.
YUUNRI does not store or directly process payment card information.
YUUNRI may facilitate:
- payment coordination,
- payout administration,
- refund workflows,
- and transaction monitoring.
Users agree that:
- prices displayed may include platform fees, delivery charges, taxes, and applicable surcharges;
- payment authorization may be required before order confirmation;
- and orders may be rejected, cancelled, or suspended in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or operational issues.
6. Delivery and Logistics
Delivery services are performed by:
- Vendors,
- or independent third-party delivery providers integrated into the platform.
Third-party logistics providers remain solely responsible for:
- transportation services,
- delivery execution,
- delivery timing,
- proof of delivery,
- and transportation-related liabilities.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the platform are indicative only and not guaranteed.
YUUNRI solely facilitates:
- delivery coordination,
- courier integrations,
- order tracking,
- and communication workflows.
Users are responsible for:
- providing accurate delivery information,
- being available to receive deliveries,
- and cooperating reasonably during the delivery process.
Additional delivery costs may apply where:
- delivery attempts fail,
- incorrect addresses are provided,
- or customer unavailability causes operational disruption.
7. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Refunds, returns, withdrawals, cancellations, and warranty claims are governed by:
Vendors remain solely responsible for handling:
- product-related refunds,
- defective products,
- customer complaints,
- and statutory withdrawal obligations.
YUUNRI may facilitate:
- communication,
- administrative coordination,
- and refund processing workflows,
but does not assume direct seller liability.
Certain products, including food and perishable goods, may be excluded from withdrawal rights
to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Platform Conduct Rules
Users and Vendors may not:
- engage in fraudulent conduct,
- abuse the platform,
- submit false claims,
- manipulate reviews,
- violate intellectual property rights,
- upload unlawful content,
- or interfere with platform operations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- money laundering,
- unauthorized reselling,
- illegal products,
- counterfeit goods,
- discriminatory conduct,
- abusive behavior,
- and misuse of payment systems.
YUUNRI reserves the right to:
- remove content,
- restrict platform access,
- suspend transactions,
- withhold payouts,
- or terminate accounts
where violations are suspected.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to:
- the YUUNRI platform,
- software,
- branding,
- trademarks,
- marketplace systems,
- content,
- and operational processes
remain the exclusive property of YUUNRI or its licensors.
Users and Vendors may not:
- copy,
- reproduce,
- scrape,
- reverse engineer,
- distribute,
- or commercially exploit
any part of the platform without prior written consent.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
Users and Vendors agree to comply with all applicable data protection obligations when using
the platform.
11. Platform Availability
YUUNRI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability.
The platform may experience:
- maintenance periods,
- technical interruptions,
- API outages,
- payment provider disruptions,
- delivery integration failures,
- or operational limitations.
YUUNRI may modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features at any time where reasonably necessary.
12. Fraud Prevention and Security
YUUNRI reserves the right to:
- monitor transactions,
- verify identities,
- request supporting documentation,
- investigate suspicious activity,
- delay transactions,
- suspend refunds,
- withhold payouts,
- or restrict accounts
where reasonably necessary to:
- prevent fraud,
- comply with legal obligations,
- protect users,
- or preserve marketplace integrity.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YUUNRI shall not be liable for:
- Vendor conduct,
- product defects,
- food quality issues,
- delivery failures,
- indirect damages,
- consequential damages,
- loss of profits,
- or acts or omissions of third-party providers.
YUUNRI’s liability shall be limited to cases of:
- intentional misconduct,
- gross negligence,
- or mandatory statutory liability.
Nothing in these Policies excludes liability for:
- injury to life, body, or health,
- fraud,
- or mandatory consumer protection rights.
14. Amendments and Policy Updates
YUUNRI reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Platform Policies from time to time for:
- legal compliance,
- operational requirements,
- security reasons,
- or platform improvements.
Updated policies may be communicated:
- via the platform,
- email,
- Vendor Dashboard,
- or other electronic communication methods.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Platform Policies shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
To the extent legally permissible, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be
Berlin, Germany.
Mandatory statutory consumer protection rights under German and EU law remain unaffected.
