Users browse products offered by independent vendors, add items to their cart, and place an order through the platform. Once an order is accepted, the vendor prepares the items and delivery is carried out by the vendor or a third-party logistics provider.
YUUNRI currently operates in Germany, with availability depending on vendor coverage in your area. Expansion to additional cities and regions is ongoing. Availability is shown in the app.
Yes. You need to create a free YUUNRI account to browse vendors, place orders, and track deliveries. Registration takes only a few minutes via the app or website.
Yes. YUUNRI:
Products available on YUUNRI are sold by independent third-party vendors operating through the platform. Vendor information is displayed on relevant product or store pages where applicable.
Delivery services are performed either directly by vendors or third-party logistics providers who remain responsible for transportation and delivery execution. Delivery options, fees, and estimated times are displayed at checkout. YUUNRI does not guarantee delivery times.
Once your order has been picked up by a courier, you can track the delivery in real time directly from the YUUNRI app. You will also receive status updates as your order progresses.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a certified payment processor. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards and other Stripe-supported payment options. YUUNRI does not store or process payment details directly.
Orders may be cancelled or modified before the vendor accepts or ships the order. Once preparation or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Please contact the vendor directly via the app as soon as possible. Supporting information (e.g. photos) may be required. If a dispute cannot be resolved, YUUNRI can assist in facilitating communication or guide you through further steps, including payment disputes where applicable.
Refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled by the vendor, in accordance with applicable German and EU consumer law.
No. Vendors must comply with YUUNRI's Platform Policies and all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, illegal, or regulated products may not be listed or sold through the platform. YUUNRI reserves the right to remove listings, restrict accounts, or suspend vendors where necessary to protect customers, comply with legal obligations, or preserve platform integrity.
Vendors are solely responsible for:
Product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, expiry dates, and food labelling are provided by the respective vendors. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review product information and contact the vendor directly before ordering if necessary. Vendors remain solely responsible for compliance with food safety and labelling regulations.

YUUNRI applies onboarding and verification procedures for vendors operating on the platform. Vendors may be required to provide:
YUUNRI charges a platform fee on completed orders, automatically deducted from your payout via Stripe Connect. The exact commission rate is confirmed during vendor onboarding. Stripe's standard processing fees may also apply.
Yes. In your vendor dashboard under Opening Hours, you can configure the days and times your store accepts orders. Customers will not be able to check out outside your set hours.
Customers should first attempt to resolve issues directly with the respective vendor through the platform. Where necessary, YUUNRI may assist in facilitating communication and administrative dispute handling between customers, vendors, payment providers, and delivery partners. However, YUUNRI does not act as the contractual seller, arbitrator, or formal legal mediator.
YUUNRI processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is used only for platform operations, order processing, customer support, payment coordination, and legal compliance purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
