These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of YUUNRI, a digital marketplace platform operated by YUUNRI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company registered under German law. By using YUUNRI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register and use YUUNRI. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Users must register an account to place orders. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and in accordance with legal requirements.
Vendors must comply with tax laws and ensure product safety and authenticity.
Users may place an order by selecting items and completing payment. An order is only confirmed upon acceptance by the Vendor. YUUNRI is not a party to the contract of sale between Users and Vendors.
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. YUUNRI charges Vendors a commission on each sale. Users may be charged a delivery fee that is transferred to the logistics provider.
Deliveries are handled by the Vendor or a third-party service provider. YUUNRI does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays or damages during transport.
Refunds are managed by the Vendor in accordance with their refund policy. Users may request cancellations prior to shipping. YUUNRI may assist in dispute resolution but does not process refunds directly.
All content on YUUNRI, including trademarks, product images, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or use content without express authorization.
YUUNRI processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
We strive to maintain 24/7 availability of the YUUNRI platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and upgrades may cause temporary outages.
YUUNRI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability for direct damages is limited to €100.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin.
